Mack leads engagement design and delivery. He agrees written scope with legal and risk, models the refund and returns pathways most exposed to pressure, runs the approved scenarios, and writes the evidence report the client acts on.
His background spans security research and frontline retail operations, including point of sale, returns handling and staff training. Most refund fraud lands at that counter, and the controls that fail are the ones written without it in mind.
